Solution:

Sextant implemented and fully project-managed a digital dictation solution within a 10-server Citrix farm environment using BigHand Technology for Evans & Dixon’s 130-member team in three office locations across Missouri. • Balancing workload is fully managed among secretaries within a team to accommodate peak production situations, staffing absences, and client demands.
• The timeline for rollout was reduced by 30 days, 30% faster than planned, due to the ease of implementation and solid project excution.
